On a logistical info tip – for those thousands and thousands of you clutching your BLOC welcome packs and chomping at the bit to get going, take heed of this deucedly useful info:
1. Butlins Minehead takes a very long time to get to from most major cities. Make sure you leave in plenty of time to get checked in for when the fun starts at 6PM on Friday. Use google maps or similar to check your journey time, fill up your tank and factor in time for getting lost.
2. Many of you with room-only apartments are keen to know what food provisions there are available. The Butlins Yacht Club will be open for a scrumptious buffet style meal throughout the day, 11AM till 5PM.
3. The BLOC buses are also running out of space. We are filling the last coaches from Bristol and London – get in quick or risk losing out on the most direct, comfortable and stylish route to BLOC.
4. The shuttle buses from Taunton station: Coaches will be departing from Taunton Station on an hourly basis from Friday 13th from 2pm until 11pm at £6.00 per person. There will also be a return service departing Resort at 7.30am until 10am on Monday 16th March, this transfer is also at £6.00 per person. Return tickets are available at £10.00 per person.
