Please read this release form, which will form an agreement between the artist, or appointed representative, and Inner Ear Ltd. (Radio Magnetic’s parent company), complete as appropriate, agree to the terms and conditions and submit the form.

This release form has two sections:

Radio Magnetic requests permission to record the below mentioned set on the given date at the stipulated venue for use in on-demand and/or podcast programming on www.radiomagnetic.com and through related channels.

If permission is granted then Radio Magnetic will make a high quality digital audio recording of the artist's set. A password-protected link to a digital copy will be emailed artist for approval. Only if approval is given will the set be available on-demand or by podcast.

Radio Magnetic acknowledges the artist, or appointed representative (such as publishing company or record label), as the owner of the content of the recording. Radio Magnetic is the owner of the physical recording itself. We will not use the recording in any way whatsoever except from that covered by this agreement.

Radio Magnetic is pleased to allow the artist, and appointed representatives, to use the recording, made by us, for non-commercial promotional use but we require the following credit: “Recorded live by Radio Magnetic (www.radiomagnetic.com).”

This agreement does not cover commercial use of any recordings. If the artist, or appointed representative, wishes to use a recording made by Radio Magnetic for commercial use, then a new agreement must be reached between the performance copyright holder (i.e. the artist or publishing company) and the creator of the recording (Radio Magnetic). The new agreement may be: a one-off fee paid to Radio Magnetic for commercial use of the recording, a royalty split or a combination of fee and royalties.

Radio Magnetic will host the set online for an agreed duration. This set may be linked to for promotional use by the artist (and those acting on their behalf) provided that Radio Magnetic is credited. Radio Magnetic will be responsible for bandwidth and hosting.

The recording may be promoted through Radio Magnetic’s website, our email newsletter to registered users and via online directories including Windows Media Guide, for whom we are a tier one content provider, iTunes, magazines, blogs and social network groups.

Radio Magnetic and Inner Ear’s use of music in digital media productions for streaming, podcasting and mobile is licensed by PRS for Music under the terms of the Limited Online Exploitation Licence.
