Listen online, download and stream this DJ mix recorded live at Kingdom’s debut performance in Glasgow on 13 January.

Kingdom is one of the best up and coming bass music producers in America at the moment with multiple releases under his belt including releases on the much lauded Night Slugs imprint.

His most recent EP Dreama showcases some of his darkest work to date and this darkness shines through in the two hour mix, taking you through some of the darkest elements of techno, grime, UK funky and house intricately spliced with elements of R & B, hip hop, ghetto tech and footwork in a truly unique fashion.

Check out an interview we did with Kingdom on the night here .

Benny Boom Monk Ben returns to Radio Magnetic with another Sonic Boom show fresh fresh tours to far off lands dropping musical love bombs with a ginger tinge.

Benny Boom aka Boom Monk Ben aka Ben aka that ginger DJ si back once again for the Radio Magnetic master. B for Boom, power to the people.

Ya like that? Thought you would. As we all know our resident ginger and host of one of Radio Magnetic’s finest shows, Sonic Boom, is a busy busy boy. So busy in fact it seems he needs two personas. This new Benny Boom look seems as though it’s for Mr Ben’s international appearances while those that love him long time get to stick with the Boom Monk. Which do you prefer?

If you’r liking his style and you all know you should be, then you can check Benny Boom Monk Ben on a number of dates across the UK and abroad. Look out for dates at Malawi Lake Of Stars, Johannesburg and Cape Town from the 3rd of October.

Ben returns from some festival exploits to pop in the studio and lay down some tracks but sounds like the festy circuit is getting to the ginger one. Has he finally lost it?

Ben returns from some festival exploits to pop in the studio and lay down some of the tracks that have been shaking his dancefloors up and down the UK.

Here’s what the ginger one had to say about his exploits thus far…

“Summer’s here and so it’s time for us all to spend as much money as we can possibly imagine on those ubiquitous festivals. I myself have already rattled my way through a few and there are still more to come on my DJ horizon. I like them though. They give me a chance to get out of the sweaty clubs and my windowless bunker of an office and get some fresh air. Since I’ve become one of these profess to be professional DJs I have been especially lucky to experience the highs and lows of the music festival from the ‘other side’. Well, I don’t quite get a trailor or anything but I do get free drinks and can skip backstage as a short cut rather than stumbling along with the general public. I also got a lift from Westwood at last year’s Bestival! Anyway, what I’m trying to get at here is that it is the summer, there are festivals happening and I’m playing at The Big Chill this very weekend! Yes I am. I have been asked to roll up with my posse in tow and laces fattened at the Soundcrash stage on Friday night as well as doing a little charity work on the Amnesty International stage on Saturday night. Shazam! As my man Rambunctions would say.”

Shazam in deed my man, lets hope you get the baby’s and toddlers dancing at the Big Chill.
