Any decent dance tent lineup in the UK will undoubtedly feature the grand master that is Andrew Weatherall to the relentless delight of any crowd.

In recent years one of the best things about seeing has name on a lineup is that you’re never quite sure what your goign to get. It could be a straight up techno set, something a bit more experimental on the electonic side of things or he could brush all that right under the carpet and go for a classic rock n roll set. Either way you know you’r in for a treat.

This one is of the straight up techno variety with a slight smidgen of experimentalism going on, pehaprs even a touch of the alternative in his electronica. However you like to describe it got the Connect Festival massive moving as the weather (not Andy) gave it’s first wanring shot across the Unknow Pleasures Tent bow. Little did they know the next day would be a full on deluge.
