Richard Norris was an integral member of early 90s trance-house producers, The Grid and more recently, joined forces with Erol Alkan to form Behind The Wizard’s Sleeve, specialists in psychedelic-electronic ‘re-animations’, they’ve reworked and sprinkled their magic cosmic production dust on everyone from Franz Ferdinand and Midlake to Goldfrapp and Peter, Bjorn and John.
With The Grid recently reforming with a new album in 2008 and touring the summer’s top music festivals; and a proper BTWS album due for release in 2010 Richard Norris is one busy man. Not content with these two projects though, we caught up with him for a chat about solo project, The Time and Space Machine and the future of all three of these musical pursuits.
Time and Space Machine’s debut album is due in early 2010 and you can buy the EP, You Are The One from the Tirk Recordings Website.
