Radio Magnetic began online broadcast on Monday 19 March 2001. An internet radio station based in Glasgow, Scotland, our original music policy focused on playing underground dance music for a UK audience with an ear to the world. Over the years our music policy has broadened out to include alternative indie rock alongside hip hop, soul, jazz, reggae, funk, disco, dub step, electro, house, techno, electronica, beats and all manner of electronic treats. Our shows are available as podcasts and on demand streams.

We have a roster of regular specialist shows. Guest features include DJ mixes, club and live music sessions, audio interviews, artist profiles, festival previews and recordings, gig guides, music downloads, guest list give aways and competitions.
