Established in 2007, Big Dada are the offshoot of London-based indie label, Ninja Tune. The label’s first release was a a collaboration between Luke Vibert and Juice Aleem under the name The Misanthropics with their 12″, ’Alpha Pryhme’.
They currently boast a diverse and dynamic collection of artists on their roster including Anti Pop Consortium, Cadence Weapon, cLOUDDEAD, Busdriver, Diplo, Gamma, Juice Aleem, Spank Rock, Lotek Hi-fi, Majesticons, New Flesh and, of course, Roots Manuva. The label has continuously set and raised the bar in terms of innovative and underground, quality hip hop music over the past ten years.
