Jim Gellatly selects more of Scotland’s emerging talent, featuring 10 of the shortlisted acts for goNORTH 2009 in Inverness.
The BBC Radio Scotland Music Bed presenter gets in the mood for his Highland jaunt with a preview of some of the acts set to perform at GoNORTH in Inverness (June 11 & 12). Now in its 9th year, goNORTH is firmly established as Scotland’s premier showcasing event for new bands, while also hosting a series of panels and workshops centred around the creative industries.
You’ll get the full vibe from this year’s event in Episode 36, but in the meantime enjoy Jim’s tips, many of whom also appear on the goNORTH Stage at the massive Rockness Festival that weekend.
