
Fresh from hosting one of the finest collections of Scottish acts to appear on one bill, Jim Gellatly recalls his Homecoming Live experience.
The latest episode of the BBC Radio Scotland man’s weekly podcast is dedicated to the acts he introduced in Hall 2 of the SECC in Glasgow for Homecoming Live – The Final Fling. As the year of Homecoming, celebrating the 250th anniversary of Robert Burns came to an end Jim presented one of the musical highlights, featuring some of the country’s most exciting new acts along with bands who paved the way for today’s new music. Jim reveals some of the backstage gossip, and indeed his thoughts on the bands that performed.
