Glasgow Podcart decided to do a different kind of podcast this week. In 2000 Halina from Podcart started experiencing something and she wasn’t sure what it was. A few years later she discovered it was panic attacks / anxiety.
This is an honest podcast on her experience and the thing that has helped her (aside from my family and friends), music.
